Among vegetables, pumpkin is a champion for the content of iron, copper, fluoride and contains potassium, calcium, manganese, zinc, cobalt, silicon. Pumpkin is very useful for people who suffer from anemia, simply because the gourd contains all the minerals involved in the creation of blood, which are iron, cobalt copper and zinc.
